This Champion medicinal mushroom is used as an adaptogen to help improve overall health.  As the herb of longevity, red reishi (Ganoderma lucidum, ling zhi), has been revered in traditional herbal medicine for thousands years for its capabilities. Today, there are numerous scientific studies that highlight its medicinal benefits. 

For professional use, Mikei® Red Reishi Mushroom Essence EX is for individuals looking for extra support for their overall health. Mikei EX contains 50 mg more reishi extract than our original formula.

Each box of Mikei® Red Reishi Mushroom Essence EX contains one foil bag holding the blister pack(s) of capsules.

  • Provides antioxidants.

  • Used in Herbal Medicine:

    • to support the immune system;

    • as a liver tonic;

    • as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress.

  • Uses a proprietary reishi strain discovered by the Mayuzumis of Japan in 1976

  • Naturally grown, without pesticides, in a greenhouse using “natural wood-log” cultivation

  • The full fruiting body of reishi is harvested at peak maturity

  • Uses hot water extraction

  • Potent concentration of reishi with a 16.6:1 ratio (each capsule is equivalent to 4.15 g of dried red reishi)

Directions:

1-2 capsules a day for a healthy person will enhance their immune system, aid blood circulation, increase and strengthen vitality and make the person less prone to illness. An individual with more serious health concerns should take 4 – 6 capsules a day.

Store the products in cool, dry areas as the essence powder in the capsules has high moisture absorption properties.

Although expensive, this japanese brand has been known for making excellent quality reishi.
