Directions:
For preventive purposes, please take 2 - 4 capsules daily.
For individuals with health issues, take 4 - 6 capsules daily.
There are fruitful evidences that an intake of 3-4 grams maximum of red reishi per day is most effective. Each capsule of Reishi Essence red reishi is 500mg, so 6 times 500mg is equal to 3 grams. That does not mean that anything less is useless. For an individual with no health issues, 2 to 4 a day is acceptable. When it comes to dosage, it varies from individual to individual. For individuals with digestive issues, they should take a higher dosage due to the fact that some intake will not be absorbed by their bodies. We recommend you tailor your dosage by trying different ranges until you find the right combination. Start by 4 a day, 2 morning - 2 late afternoon or night with meal and some vitamin C for 2 weeks. Take a baseline of how you feel. Then increase the dosage by 6 a day for 2 weeks and take a snapshot on how you feel. If the increase does not justify any additional benefits, then go back to 4 a day.

Reishi Essence Red Reishi capsules contains very fine essence powder extracted from the red Reishi that absorbs moisture very easily. It is highly recommended that the capsules be kept in the bottle that came with them and tighten the cap after each use.
