Which of your reishi products is the best one?
They all are great products. You can't find better red reishi products on the market than the ones we carry. We carefully select the reishi we carry after extensive research, visit to the manufacturer sites, comprehend their cultivation and extraction methods and survey real benefits from customers. Usually, the higher the Polysaccharides concentration the better. There are 2 main categories of reishi products and they are differenciated by their cultivation and extraction methods. The most common one takes a more traditional approach of wood logs cultivation and hot water extraction. This method has been used for centuries resulting in very high grade red reishi essence extracts. Our GanoPrime, Mikei, Toi and Nissan reishi belong to this category. With technological advances, another method that is becoming popular is to take a more pharmaceutical approach developed by mycologists, microbiologists and biochemists. The reishi is essentially seeded and grown in a controlled organic clean room environment in specialized glass beakers so all of the bio compounds are captured during the growth of the red reishi. As such, the resulting cultivation includes not only the fruiting body, but the mycelia, the extra-cellular compounds and spores as well. This is what it's called a Complete Lifecycle reishi product such as GanoCrest. It is then processed through a high tech equipment to create nano particles out of the raw reishi. The extract is so fine that it gets absorbed immediately by your metabolism.
So which one is best for you? We suggest to our new customers to try any 1 of each category. We recommend GanoCrest and GanoPrime or any of the japanese brand. Take a first one for a month and evaluate it. Then take the second one for one month and see the differences. Most of the time, the best one for you as an individual may be different from someone else. This is due to your own body's ability to react and heal from the specific method used to produce the reishi. Lastly, the cost of the product must also enter into your decision. If you feel similar beneficial effects from the products, then perhaps the cheaper one may do just as well.

What are the possible side effects?
We strongly encourage you to consult your physician before taking red reishi. Reishi may cause some rare side effects including dryness of the mouth, throat, and nasal area along with skin itchiness, upset stomach, nosebleed, muscle soreness, and diarrhea. If you experience any of these symptoms, stop using reishi immediately. The symptoms should slowly subside. Wait a week to 2 weeks before resuming your reishi intake at a lower dosage. If symptoms reappear, you may be extra sensitive to these rare side effects. Special precautions must be taken to those who take medications for high blood pressure or anticoagulant drugs as reishi may interfere with them. Pregnant women should avoid taking reishi.

What is your return policy?
Unopened merchandise can be returned within 15 days of the invoice date. Contact us first so we can provide you with the steps necessary to return the merchandise.

Do you accept and ship international orders?
We only accept and ship international orders of 5 items or more. This is due to additional costs and labor associated with international orders. To place an order, please Contact Us first by indicating the amount and brand of Reishi. We will then send you an electronic purchase order in an email reflecting any discounts and additional shipping charges. There will be a link in the email so you will be able to proceed to a secured checkout. You are responsible to check with your local customs authorities for any regulations regarding additional fees or restrictions.

What are your Shipping Policies?
We exclusively use the United States Postal Services Priority 2-3 days Mail unless prior arrangement is made. Based on our experience, it is the most reliable and the cheapest with tracking information. Once your package is in their possession for delivery, we release all liabilities and can't guarantee the punctual and safe delivery of your order unless you specifically request shipping insurance. If you wish to purchase insurance, please email us first before you order.
